TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to all purchases made through c21swag.ca (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About C21 Swag — C21 Swag sells Century 21® branded apparel, accessories, and promotional products to real estate professionals, brokerages, and their clients. CENTURY 21® and related marks are trademarks of Century 21 Real Estate LLC and are used under licence.
2. Orders and acceptance — All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that cannot be verified. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing and payment — All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Pre-orders — Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship when stock arrives. Estimated availability dates are provided in good faith and may change. Pre-order items are final sale except where they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Brokerage and custom orders — Products in brokerage-specific collections are produced for members of those brokerages. Custom or personalized products are made to order and are final sale.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds — Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Product information — We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor variations in materials and sizing may occur between production runs.
8. Intellectual property — All content on the Store, including product designs, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to C21 Swag and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, C21 Swag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Changes to these terms — We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
