Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders of $200 or more (before tax).
• Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate based on the total weight of your package. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives; the estimated timeline is listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order ships together when the pre-order item is available.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location in Canada. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Bulk and brokerage orders

Large orders for offices, teams, and events may require additional processing time. We'll confirm the timeline with you directly when your order is placed.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier and make it right.
